Working Together
Consultation + Proposal
This is the part where we find out what you’re after! Whether it’s a new business card or it’s a brochure to help market your business; this is the step where we learn about your design needs! We will provide you with a custom proposal based on what we discussed.
Design Process Begins
The retainer has been sent, and your project is officially in our calendar. Once the design process begins, we are researching and feeling inspired and putting our personal touch on your designs. This is the part of the process where we allow our creativity to shine through, as we develop something totally unique for you and bring your design(s) to life!
Revisions + Final Delivery
By now we have presented you with a draft, and we have made the appropriate revisions (if necessary) and we are getting your project ready for final delivery. You may receive a finalized .pdf, a dropbox link or maybe we are taking care of the printing and sending it to one of our trusted printing contacts and having it drop shipped directly to you.

+ What is the difference between logo development and branding?
Although branding packages include logo development, it is on an entirely different level. Logo development is solely creating a logo and providing it to you in all the applicable formats you'll need, inclusive of a stacked and vertical version. While branding creates a visual identity as a whole, inclusive of a branded colour palette, complementary fonts to use across all of your marketing material and an entire logo set which means your logo has a variety of versions to use for different outputs; think stickers, profile photos, apparel, vehicle decals, etc. Still not sure? Set up a consultation with us and we will let you know which direction your business should take.
+ How are my final files delivered?
We send the final files over via a Dropbox Link and ask that you download directly to a laptop and save the folder accordingly. If requested & for a small additional fee - we will upload the files onto a USB stick and mail it out to you.
+ Does the pricing include printed materials?
No. Unless otherwise stated the pricing is for the design work and printing fees will be quoted on a requested basis.
+ Is there a cap on revisions?
We will touch further on our processes in the consultation process. There are several factors that go into answering this question, but we aim not to and usually do not need to place a cap. However, we retain the right to add one and it is dependant on several factors.
+ Is the printing done in house?
We have several printers that we work hand in hand with to bring your designs to life via print and strongly encourage printed material to be ordered through us to ensure a flawless process and end result.
+ Do you provide consulting services?
Yes, on an hourly basis. We have several clients that contact us regularly to develop marketing plans and strategies and to decipher which graphic design services would provide the most value for their business in the upcoming month(s). Reach out today.
+ Do you offer web design?
No, however we will happily refer you to one of our trusted industry leaders that we work with regularly and who reflect our minimalistic style.
